Exterior Painting
Pacific Northwest Trusted Exterior Residential/Commercial Painting Services
We realize your home is one of your greatest investments. We know how much effort (and finances) you funnel into maintaining your business. This is why we’re in the home improvement industry — to help you protect and beautify your most cherished spaces.
Painting the exterior of your home or business extends the building’s life by protecting against weather and moisture damage, rot, insect damage, and so much more. Beyond the practical benefits of some fresh color, the right paint job can boost curb appeal for prospective buyers or simply help you reinvent your home’s look when you’re ready for something new.
JC Painting Pro is committed to using premium painting supplies, including EPA lead-safe certified paints from respected industry names such as Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore. Prior to beginning the job, we go above and beyond to ensure surfaces are properly prepared by pressure washing, scraping, caulking, and priming as needed. Regardless of your color selection, our detailed application process and high-quality products will provide the best possible coverage and durability.
As fellow Pacific North-westerners, we know to take our region’s wet weather into consideration when working on an outdoor project. We make every effort to be flexible and work around the rain, making sure surfaces are dry and adequately prepped before painting.

What can I expect during an exterior painting project?
Once you decide to move forward with the project, we will schedule one day to clean the house exterior with a pressure washer. We will then need 1-2 days to scrape, sand, caulk, and prime the worn spots. We typically begin painting at least one full day after that.
Though the average project timeframe depends on several individual factors, such as the size of the home and the preparation required, the typical home tends to require at least 5 to 6 days of work.
Our wide variety of equipment allows us to achieve ideal results on virtually any exterior surface texture:
- Brushes, sprayers, and rollers of all sizes for trim, corner boards, scaffolding, railings, fences, decks, and more
- Extension ladders to reach various heights
- Pressure washers
- Lead test kit
- Putty, scraping, and sanding supplies
- Caulking, patching, and priming gear
